Sorghum (Classification And Grading) Regulations

These regulations apply to sorghum which is either bought or sold or bought and sold by the Board commencing with the 1974/75 crop, but shall not apply to any stocks of sorghum held by the Board from any earlier crop or is imported into or exported from Botswana by the Board, but shall not apply to any exports from Botswana for which the classification or grade of sorghum stipulated by the foreign buyer is different from those specified. The regulations provide for the packing, classification and grading of sorghum.
