Are there limits to how many documents I can access based on my subscription level?

Answer

The basic subscription plan will give you access up to 10 policies per month. The silver subscription plan will give you access up to 30 policies per month. The request for unavailable policies is not free in the basic and silver plan but must be paid for. The platinum subscription plan will give you unlimited access to policies per month and exclusive requests for unavailable policies.

 

Basic plan subscribers only have access to the key country event. Silver plan subscribers have access to the key country events, related news on policy, country profiles, and policy tracking. Platinum plan subscribers have access to all the features.

The best plan to subscribe depends on the number of policies required, also the information needed, and the services that are required by the subscribers.

 

However, the platinum plan is recommended because it gives you unlimited access to policies, free exclusive request for unavailable documents, and access to all services offered by us.

How do I subscribe?

Answer

To subscribe with Policy Vault Africa and start having access to policies and other services offered, click the Get Start button in the menu.

You will need to set up an account first by going to the account setting and providing your name, password, email address, and your country. The information provided can be changed anytime on the account setting page.

 

After providing the necessary information and proceeding to make payment, if applicable.

Answer

As a member the subscription gives you access to the key country events, related news on policy, country profile and policy tracking, stakeholder access, access to policy analysis and update, monthly briefing call with analysis, and exclusive requests for unavailable policies. What you have access to depends on your subscription plan.

Answer

Yes, you can access the Policy Vault Africa website online, but you won’t have access to the policies, insights, or any services.

Can I get policies free without subscribing?

Answer

You can get access to 10 policies a month with the basic subscription.

Yes, you should create a Basic account for free.

What are the available remedies in case of subscription error?

Answer

In case of a subscription error, kindly send a message to the team on the website and it will be resolved within 48 hours.

What is the procedure for refund of subscription fee?

Answer

There is no refund for the subscription fee. However, where the refund request is made within 3 days of paying the subscription fee and no policies have been downloaded or any services used within the 3 days, kindly send us a message on the website requesting for a refund. Where the refund is approved and a confirmation mail has been sent to you, the subscription fee will be returned to its source within 5 – 7 working days depending on the speed of your bank. If the refund does not occur within 7 days, kindly send us a message. The subscription will be canceled, and you won’t have access to policies until a new subscription fee is paid.

How do I retrieve my password?

Answer

When you are trying to sign in, click on the “Lost Password” link. Enter the registered email address with Policy Vault Africa account. An email will be sent to change the password.

Can I share my password with others?

Answer

For an individual, the password cannot be shared, it is only for your use. And for an organization, it’s only for the use of the members of the organization. Please keep your password confidential.

What happens if I keep getting logged out after subscription?

If you cannot log into your account, please ensure you are using the right email address and password. If still having issues after that kindly contact the team at team@policyvault.africa and it will be resolved with 48 hours.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Answer

When you subscribe to a plan, the subscription automatically ends once the month-end. For example, if you purchase your first subscription to a plan on January 10th, the subscription will end on the 10th of the next month. Before the subscription ends and you are charged for another month you can change to a Basic (free) subscription by going to the account settings page

If you are unable to find a particular policy, request the unavailable policy on our website. The policy will be delivered promptly. Our team is committed to a fast turnaround with professional delivery.

The unavailable policies will be provided within 7 to 14 working days. If you have not to be attended to within 14 working days, you can send us a message using the link on the website.

First you should change your subscription to a Basic subscription which is free. If you want to completely delete your account please email team@policyvault.africa.

However, if you delete your account, you will not be able to restore your old information or policies and document saved on the account. To log in again, you will have to create a new account.
