Agricultural Management Associations Act
Botswana, Ministry of Agricultural Development and Food Security
The Act allows for the association of five or more individuals, all of whom must be Batswana, to undertake a collective agricultural venture. Applications shall be made to and considered by commissioners authorized under this act. Associations shall have constitutions with provisions for qualifications for membership, the liability of members, voting rights of members, election procedures, and quorum for meetings and deliberations, among others.
