This proclamation establishes the Ethiopian waterworks construction enterprise, as a public enterprise. The enterprise is expected to be guided and governed by the relevant proclamations, and to be supervised by the ministry of water, irrigation, and energy. The enterprise shall see to the construction and administration of all forms of waterworks, in the construction of federal government roads and buildings.
