The agenda which is based on social and economic pillars aims to boost the livelihood of Kenyans through the increment of Kenya’s gross GDP growth rate by 10% annually. The agenda will be implemented over five-year successive medium-term Plans, starting with MTP I (2008-2012), then MTP II (2013-2017), MTP III (2018-2022) and so on till 2030.
