The goal of this HIV Prevention Strategy was to move the country toward realizing the UNAIDS’ “Three Zeros; Zero new infections, Zero AIDS-related deaths, and Zero stigma and discrimination. The target of the strategy is to achieve a 70% reduction of new HIV infections by 2020.
