This paper provides a guide to Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) on the development and implementation of the R&D plan for train 7 of the plant. The concept, which is based on the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB R&D) framework, is intended to drive the establishment of a research & development ecosystem that will support the Natural Gas plant in the construction, operations and maintenance phase.
