The ministerial order sets out the modalities for the importation, marketing, and distribution of aquaculture and fisheries products, equipment, and materials. The products classified by relevant authorities are; living fish, fish eggs, fresh, frozen, cooled, preserved fish or processed fish prepared by salting, smoking, drying, molluscs and shellfish. The equipment and materials under the scope of this order include all aquaculture and fishing inputs, including vessels, nets, bow nets, hooks, lamps, fish feeds, drugs, and other fishing inputs and fish productions.
