The National Guidelines for VMMC and EIMC have the following objectives: to guide and direct all health care workers involved with VMMC/EIMC at all levels in the health system and to assist health care workers in VMMC and EIMC sites to link clients with other services, such as HIV testing and counselling, HIV care and treatment services, Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) services, Reproductive and Child Health (RCH) services.
