This Direction directs that for the whole of the coffee buying season: the Coffee Marketing Board shall not license any individual buyer or exporter of coffee about coffee originating in specified Kagera Unions; and the coffee in Muleba, Bukoba Rural, Bukoba Urban and Karagwe Districts shall be sold by farmers only to the Kagera Cooperatives Societies or to the specified Kagera Unions
