Agricultural remedy is defined as chemical substances, biological remedies, mixtures, or combination of any such substance or remedy used for the destruction, control, repelling or prevention of any undesired virus, bacterium, alga, nematode, fungus, insect, plant, vertebrate, or invertebrate. The remedy is also used as a plant growth regulator, defoliant, desiccant or legume inoculant. The registration procedure is discussed in detail.
