This is an Act to amend the Estate Duty Act, 1955, the Customs and Excise Act, 1964 and Business Tax Amnesty and Amendment of Taxation Laws Act, 2006, so as to provide that the rules relating to objection and appeal apply to the amnesty for small business, to exempt an auditor from certain provisions of the Auditing Profession Act, 2005 and to effect certain textual and consequential amendment.
