Section 1 covers the introduction, Section 2 presents a situation analysis of the current national M&E processes, Section 3 provides the national vision for M&E, Section 4 covers the rationale for the Policy, Section 5 presents the guiding principles upon which the Policy is based and the objectives the Policy intends to achieve are covered in Section 6. Section 7 presents the measures for achieving the objectives and the implementation framework of the Policy is presented in Section 8.
