The objective of the Guideline is to assist all participants in public procurement to abide by public procurement law, standard bidding documents, and all circulars issued by the Public Procurement Agency. It aims to reduce corruption in public procurement, instill public confidence and encourage service providers to participate in the execution of procurement contracts.

This is a Law to amend the Kwara State Public Procurement Law, No. 7 of 2018. It provides for the grounds for removal of the general manager, publication of procurement information in open contracting data standards format, and bidder’s right to appeal to court for redress.
