The program recognises the giant strides the government of Rwanda has attained in poverty reduction, building strong institutions, macroeconomic development, and social cohesion. It however points out the challenges regarding financial inclusion in the country, especially among youths and women. The program subsequently sets out to address this challenge by capacity building and training, in the line of financial literacy, and provision of financial access and enhancement opportunities.

This Act covers all issues related to pensions, war pensions, and disability benefits and gratuities for members of the Armed Forces of Nigeria as well as other related matters such as eligibility and the delegation of powers and other regulations.

This is an Act empowering the President to order an investigation into a person’s account including freezing the operations of such account where the President suspects or believes the person has been involved in offences such as bribery and abuse of office and other related matters.

This Act prohibits the sale or disposal of a motor vehicle on which there are outstanding loans from a bank. The Act specifies the offences and penalties for the unauthorized sale of a motor vehicle with outstanding loans and other related matters.

These rules are based on the Bankruptcy Act of 1979 and provide rules for bankruptcy in Nigeria including witnesses and depositions, sales and disposal of proceeds of mortgage property, bankruptcy petitions, creditor’s and debtor’s petition as well as other related matters such as proof of debt and appeals.

The Act covers membership of the institute, supervision, penalties for unprofessional conduct and other related rules and regulations.
