An Act to provide for the recognition in Zambia of probate and letters of administration granted in Her Britannic Majesty’s dominions or by British courts in foreign countries; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

An Act to confer on her majesty in council powers requisite to provide for the dissolution of the federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland, or the secession of any of the territories comprised in the federation; and for purposes connected.

An Act to prescribe the number of Ministers under Article 116 of the Constitution, and provide for related matters.

An Act that provides for the administration and security procedures during the transitional period. It outlines the procedures and formalities for inauguration and assumption of office of President by the President-elect; the venue and place for the inauguration ceremony. It describes the process for the handover of the symbols and instruments of office and the presidency.

An Act to provide for the ratification of international agreements and the domestication process; and provide for related matters.

An Act to provide for the composition, functions, tenure and procedures of the Citizenship Board of Zambia; make procedural provisions for the acquisition, deprivation and renunciation of citizenship of Zambia; repeal and replace the Citizenship of Zambia Act, 1975; and provide for related matters.

This is an Act to promote the implementation of private finance initiatives in development projects and to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in public infrastructural projects as well as promote transparency and accountability in private sector participation in the provision of social services. The Act also provides guidelines for inception, procurement, contracting and management of public infrastructure projects.

An Act to provide for a comprehensive process for a general election; provide for the conduct of elections by the Electoral Commission of Zambia and empower the Commission to make regulations in matters relating to elections; provide for the registration of voters and the keeping of voters registers. It prescribes the procedures for nominations for elections and provides for the role of presiding officers, election officers and conflict management officers.

The goal of these guidelines includes the need to maintain equipment functionality in the government sector, to ensure environmentally responsible management and disposal of office equipment, to ensure value for money on office equipment, and to provide guidance to procurement unit on the procurement of office equipment.

An Act to facilitate the implementation of the Siavonga resolutions of political parties relating to constitutional and institutional reforms, separation of powers and judicial independence, tolerance, freedom of assembly and civility in politics and electoral reforms; provide for a national dialogue process to facilitate the Constitution refinement process and regulation of political parties, public order and electoral process reforms; establish the National Dialogue Forum and provide for its functions, and provide for related matters.

An Act to amend the Electoral Commission of Zambia Act, 2016. Section 5 of the principal Act is amended by deleting and substituting subsections (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7).

An Act to provide for an integrated local government system; give effect to the decentralization of functions, responsibilities, and services at all levels of local government; ensure democratic participation in, and control of, decision making by the people at the local level; revise the functions of local authorities; provide for the review of tariffs, charges, and fees within the area of a local authority; provide for the proceedings of the council and committees; provide for the role of traditional leadership in democratic governance; repeal and replace the Local Government Act, 1991; and provide for related matters.
