An Act to amend the Division of Revenue Act, 2019, in accordance with the Money Bills and Related Matters Act, 2009; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

An Act to amend the Financial Management of Parliament Act, 2009. It amends the provisions dealing with the oversight mechanism; amends provisions dealing with Parliament’s annual budget, appropriations and approvals; to amend the provisions dealing with donor funds. It aligns the provisions dealing with reporting and auditing with the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 and repeals certain sections of the Powers and Privileges Act, 1963.

This Act amends the Development Bank of Southern Africa Act, 1997. It provides the terminology in the Companies Act, 2008 so as to amend the grounds for appointment as a director on the board of the Bank, to amend the provisions regarding the issuing of certificates for issued shares, to enable the Minister to adjust the authorised share capital. It also adjusts the provision enabling the application to the bank of any provision of the Companies Act, 2008, the Banks Act, 1990, and any other appropriate legislation.

An Act to appropriate money from the National Revenue Fund for the requirements of the State for the 2014/15 financial year; to prescribe conditions for the spending of funds withdrawn for the 2015/16 financial year before the commencement of the Appropriation Act for the 2015/16 financial year; and to provide for related matters.

An Act to provide for the equitable division of revenue raised nationally among the national, provincial and local spheres of government for the 2014/15 financial year, the determination of each province’s equitable share and allocations to provinces, local government and municipalities from national government’s share and the responsibilities of all three spheres pursuant to such division and allocations and to provide for related matters.

This is an Act that amends the Banks Act, 1990 to enable the application of the provisions on arrangements and compromises in the Companies Act, 2008, to banks under curatorship, to expand the basis on which a curator may dispose of all or part of the business of a bank to enable an effective resolution of a bank under curatorship and to provide for the application of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, 2000, to any administrative action taken in terms of the Banks Act.

This is an Act to amend the Auditing Profession Act, 2005, so as to provide for the regulation of candidate auditors and to update references to the Companies Act, 2008; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

A bill to promote fiscal responsibility by obligating the Republic of South Africa to reduce its debt levels and its exposure to debt; to introduce fiscal rules for the management of debt and government guarantees; to provide for reporting requirements; to provide for the review of the fiscal rules; to provide for certain exemptions from the fiscal rules; to increase transparency and fiscal responsibility, and to provide for matters connected therewith.

A bill that amends the Auditing Profession Act, 2005. It strengthens the governance of the Regulatory Board; strengthens the investigating and disciplinary processes; provides for the power to enter and search premises and to subpoena persons with the information required for an investigation or disciplinary process. It provides for the power to issue a warrant for purposes of entering and searching of premises, provide for processes to be followed after an investigation; provides for transitional measures and matters connected therewith.

This Act amends the Insolvency Act, 1936, the Military Pensions Act, 1976, the Banks Act of 1990 and the Government Employees Pension Law, 1996.

This Act amends the Customs and Excise Act, 1964, so as to make provision for the administration and collection of carbon tax revenues and to provide for matters connected therewith.

An Act to amend the Income Tax Act, 1962 to provide a time period for the validity of a declaration and a written undertaking in respect of the withholding of withholding tax on interest, withholding tax on royalties, and dividends tax. It also amends the Customs and Excise Act, 1964 to extend a provision providing for information sharing and exclude certain information from the application of the prohibition on disclosure of information; and amend the Value-Added Tax Act, 1991.

The act establishes the National Development Agency (NDA) as a juristic person. The primary objective of the NDA is to aid poverty eradication efforts in the country by providing funds to civil society organizations for the execution of projects aimed at meeting the needs of the poor, and for strengthening other civil society organizations. The NDA is also tasked with carrying out research and publication, as a basis for a development policy formulation.

The cooperatives act makes provisions for the formation and registration of cooperative societies, the establishment of a cooperatives advisory board, and guidelines for winding up of cooperatives. It recognizes the importance of cooperative values on members of the society as it relates to; self-help, self-responsibility, self-reliance, and self-sustenance.

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the principles and rules that will govern fishing activities of vessels flying the flags of the Member States of the Community in the waters over which Tanzania has sovereignty or jurisdiction.

This document constitutes an agreement between the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania and the Government of the People’s Republic of Mozambique regarding the Tanzania / Mozambique boundary.
