This document is an agreement between the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania and the Government of the Republic of Seychelles on the delimitation of the maritime boundary of the exclusive economic zone and continental shelf.

The National Strategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty (NSGRP) is a second national organizing framework for putting the focus on poverty reduction high on the country’s development agenda. This Poverty and Human Development Report 2005 is the third in a series produced by the Research and Analysis Working Group of the Government of Tanzania’s Poverty Monitoring System. This monitoring system aims to provide timely, reliable information about poverty levels and trends and the results of analyses of data concerning poverty in Tanzania. This is the first report of the Research and Analysis Working Group since the start of the new National Strategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty (NSGRP), which translates into “Mkakati wa Kukuza Uchumi na Kupunguza Umasikini Tanzania (MKUKUTA)”.

An Act to consolidate the law relating to citizenship.

An Act to provide for the implementation of the law of the sea convention, to establish the territorial sea and to establish an exclusive economic zone, of the United Republic adjacent to the territorial sea, and in the exercise of the sovereign rights of the United Republic to make provisions for the exploration and conservation and management, of the resources of the sea and related matters.

An Act to amend the Deep Sea Fishing Authority Act.

This Act makes provisions for the control and eradication of economic and organised crimes and for other related matters.

This Act applies to one-stop border posts established within the United Republic and apply to Mainland Tanzania as well as Tanzania Zanzibar.

The Zanzibar Strategy for Growth and Reduction of Poverty aims to contribute to poverty reduction in Tanzania by continuing from ZSGRP I.

The Plan provides insights into the responses of Tanzania to the increasing challenges of development; and outlines what it will take to succeed, and the expected outcomes in delivering sustainable development.

The overall objective of this policy is sustainable development and improvement in the quality of life and the standard of living of Nigerians. Specifically, the policy aims to ensure sustained economic growth in tandem with population growth; to achieve an optimal population growth rate; and to ensure a demographic that supports sustainable development.

The aim of this policy includes improving the effectiveness and management of ODA resources, coordinating the flow of ODA into priority and strategic sectors, good governance of ODA resources, strengthening the institutional capacity of stakeholders in the implementation of ODA and improved collaboration between Nigeria and its development partners.

The objectives of this strategic plan include stimulating the economy, employment creation, infrastructural development, promoting domestic production and adequate social protection for the poor and vulnerable groups.

The objectives of this policy include improving food security across the country, ensuring adequate nutrition of infants and women, increasing knowledge of nutrition among the populace and reducing micronutrient deficiency disorder among vulnerable groups in Nigeria.

This bill covers regulations on corporate tax liability, suspension of import duty on selected goods and deferral of residential mortgage obligations in response to the economic downturn occasioned by the outbreak of COVID-19 disease and other related matters. It aims to protect the employment status of Nigerians and eliminate additional fiscal bottlenecks on the importation of medical equipment, medicines, personal protection equipment and other such medical necessities.
