This policy details on HIV testing services, HIV prevention, management of HIV exposed infants and HIV infected populations.

This policy provides a broad framework within which communication and advocacy should serve as
strategic inputs into the implementation of the NASF. Its implementation is also harmonious with the NASF, which runs for the period 2011–2015.

This communication and advocacy strategy outline the sixteen guiding principles for planning, designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating social and behaviour change communication interventions for reproductive maternal, newborn, child, adolescent health, and nutrition programme.
