It proposes nine strategic interventions to be achieved by 2024. Some of which include: development of leadership capacity for digital health innovation and adaptive management, the undertaking of appropriate multi-stakeholder engagement for shared opportunities and successful digital health implementation and establishment of integrated information architecture for interoperability and effective, safe sharing of health information across health systems and services.
