This parliamentary Act provides for the training, registration and licensing of clinical officers; to regulate their practice; to provide for the establishment, powers and functions of the clinical officers’ council of Kenya and for connected purposes. It establishes the clinical officers council of Kenya to advise the government on policy matters relating to clinical medicine of the training and professional practice of clinical officers in Kenya.
