The regulations provide for the compensation of healthy cattle that come into contact with infected animals or herds. According to the regulations, all animals driven under supervision to a quarantine camp shall become the property of the government at the moment they first enter the gate, owners will be paid the amount for which the government can sell such animals, in cash.
