This is a law to repeal Ekiti state public procurement law no. 2 of 2010 and its amendments: (amendment) law 2015, (first amendment law) 2016, and (third amendment) law 2017 and re-enact the Ekiti state public procurement law: to establish the Ekiti state council on public procurement and the bureau of public procurement as the regulatory authorities responsible for the monitoring and oversight of public procurement, harmonizing the existing government (state and local) policies and practices by regulating, setting standards and developing the legal framework and professional capacity for public procurement in Ekiti state and related matters.
