Designed to operationalise the Comprehensive African Agricultural Development Programme (CAADP), the framework identifies the key agricultural areas crucial to the development of the country. It estimates the financial requirements of the government and development partners. Along with other key strategies, it aims to contribute to Ethiopia’s long term goals.
