This strategy was developed to guide the Human Resources Strategy (HRH) interventions for improved health service delivery. Implementation of the strategy will be guided by indicators set out in the result framework under the leadership of the principal secretary ministry of health and chief officers of health in the counties in collaboration with directorate of public service management, public service commission and county public service boards and the Inter-agency coordination committee of Human Resources Strategy (HRH) at the National and county levels.
