The primary goal of the Nigeria National Response Information Management System (NNRIMS) Operational Plan is to provide simple and robust monitoring and evaluation system that will facilitate – a) tracking of progress in the implementation of the National HIV/AIDS response and b) using the information to inform programs, policies and service delivery as part of the multi-sectoral HIV and AIDS response in Nigeria based on the National Strategic Framework (2005-2009).
