The notice represents the prohibition by the minister for the removal of regulated agricultural products imported for sale in the Republic of South Africa from the ports of entry specified in the schedules, or other places determined by the executive officer. Exemptions to the prohibition are; consignment of products that have been inspected, graded, and sampled for quality control; and products for which written permission for the removal of a particular quantity of such product has been granted.
