Minerals And Mining (Explosives) Regulations

The regulations apply to all activities related to the conveyance, storage, possession, manufacture, and use of explosives for mining, quarrying and civil works, as well as substances used for the manufacture of explosives. The regulations do not however apply to explosives or substances imported or used by the Police or Military; or coloured flares, fireworks, percussion caps, rockets or other similar devices used by the Ports and Harbour, Aviation, and Railway Authorities.
