The national strategy for transformation represents the 7-year government program in Rwanda as the government transitions from its vision 2020 to the new vision 2050. It is expected that this transformation strategy will serve as a foundation on which other relevant policies will rally around to ensure high living standards for the people of Rwanda. It seeks to consolidate the achievements of EDPRS II and become the implementation tool for the remainder of vision 2020 as well as chart the course for the first four years of vision 2050.
