Order on Procedure to Obtain a Freehold Land Title

The order covers lands related to; residential, industrial, economic and commercial, social and cultural, and scientific facilities as provided for in the organic law of 2005 determining the use and management of land in Rwanda. The order states that any investor who fulfils the conditions required by land investment regulations may apply for a certificate of registration of land property. All applications shall be directed to the registrar or deputy registrar.
