The vision 2020 highlights the resolve of the government of Rwanda to chart the course towards transition towards a democratic and united country. Attainment of a middle-income status driven by knowledge is a key component of this vision. It is hoped that this would translate into better living standards for Rwandans in all spheres of life. This vision is backed by six pillars including; good governance and an efficient State, skilled human capital, vibrant private sector, world-class physical infrastructure and modern agriculture and livestock. These pillars are geared towards success in national, regional and global markets.
