The Act deals with the stealing of stock or produce, possession of stolen stock or produce, presumptions, trespass with intent to steal, night delivery of stock forbidden, tampering with stock or produce, search, seizure and arrest, a document of identification to be furnished on disposal of stock, and acquisition of stock or produce otherwise than at public sale, among others.
