The Kenya Information & Communication Act has undergone a lot of amendments, the recent effects the change of name from Communication Commission of Kenya to Communication Authority of Kenya and became an independent body. The goal of Communication Authority is to facilitate the transformation of lives through progressive regulation of the Information and Communication Technology sector. The authority adopted some value; team work, communication, innovation, diligence, result focus and respect. This code of conduct therefore gives guidelines and regulations to be followed by staff as public officers.
