Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the marginal note and substituting for constituency returning officers and other staff i.e. deleting the words “returning officer” and substituting the words with “constituency returning officer”, deleting the words “returning officer” appearing in the opening statement and substituting it with “constituency returning officer”.
