These regulations provide that Crotalaria (Crotalaria spp.), jimson weed (Datura spp.), castor bean (Ricinuscommunisl), and corn cockle (Agrostemmagithagol) shall not be present in grain cereals, legumes or oilseeds intended for human consumption because it contains noxious seeds.
