An Act to provide for and regulate a supply of water to the public.

This Act amends the Water and Sewerage Authority Act, 1981.

These Guidelines have been prepared to guide, monitor and regulate the operation of water tanker services in the DAWASA Designated Area. The Guidelines governs the supply of clean and safe water by Water Tanker Operators to customers in DAWASA Designated Area where there is limited or no supply of water from DAWASCO.

These rules govern the regulatory and licensing matters related to the provision of water supply and sanitation services in Tanzania.

This revised edition covers all parts of the Guidelines including the Business Plan (BP), the Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP), the Asset Management Plan (AMP) and the Capacity Development Plan (CDP). Key changes in the guidelines include restructuring the guidelines in terms of arrangement and contents of the parts in a manner that the LTFP, AMP and CDP guidelines may be read together as one document to ensure coherence and comprehension.

These rules regulate the operations of private borehole services including the procedures for the registration and deregistration of private borehole operators in a licensed area.

The objective of the Performance Benchmarking Guidelines is to provide details and clarifications on how the Energy and Water Utilities Regulatory Authority will benchmark or compare the performance of Water Supply and Sanitation Authorities.

The overall objective of the Water Quality Monitoring Guidelines is to guide Water utilities to develop their water quality monitoring programs for drinking water supply and wastewater effluent discharges.

These regulations are for the protection of forests in Tanzania. The regulations cover the removal of forest produce, use of forest land, the use of forest reserve, and other related regulations.

The overall objective of this Plan is to Strengthen protection and response against child abuse, violence and exploitation by building national capacity to enforce legislative measures and implementation of relevant child protection policy interventions and programme.

An Ordinance to control Entry into and Residence within the Ngorongoro Crater Highlands Area, to make provision for the Conservation and Development of Natural Resources therein and purposes connected therewith, and to amend the Mining, Fauna Conservation, Forests and Mining (Mineral Oil) Ordinances.

This Act provides regulations for the incorporation of companies and matters incidental thereto.

An Act to establish the Serengeti Wildlife Research Institute and to provide for its powers and operations about the promotion and conduct of wildlife research.

An Order that states that the period between the first day of January and the thirtieth day of June in each year is declared to be a close season during which the hunting and capture of all animals, including birds, is prohibited throughout Tanganyika.

The classes of weapons described in the second column of the Schedule to this Order are prescribed suitable for the hunting of animals of the species specified in this document.

The areas described in the Schedule of this Order are declared to be Game Controlled Areas. Burunge game controlled area, Chabula marsh game controlled area, among others.

The animals specified in the schedule of this Order are declared to be national games.

The areas described in the Schedule of this Order are declared to be Game Reserves.

The policy document seeks to provide the framework for making fundamental changes that are needed to bring environmental considerations into the mainstream of decision making in Tanzania.
