This document provides regulations on education of employees on HIV/AIDS, medical testing on recruitment, testing of employees for HIV and confidentiality, job status and training, eligibility for employee benefits, among others.

This strategic plan has been developed to provide a strategic framework that will guide and inform the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the national multi-sectoral and decentralised HIV and AIDS response with the aim of achieving zero new infections, zero discrimination and zero AIDS related deaths.

These regulations are to reduce the impact of HIV/AIDS and related communicable disease at the workplace.

This HIV/AIDS policy for the mining sector intends to guide the implementation of effective comprehensive initiatives in response to the HIV/AIDS pandemic at the various mining operations.

This strategic plan is a road map adopted to fight against AIDS over the period from 2006-2010.

An Act to establish the Research Council of Zimbabwe and to confer on the Council functions and powers relating to the promotion, direction, supervision and coordination of research; to provide for the establishment of research councils and research institutes and for the control of such research councils and research institutes by the Council; to provide for the control of research conducted by bodies or persons in terms of any Act; to provide for the registration of foreign researchers, and to provide for related matters.
