An Act to confirm the supplementary expenditure of money aggregating three hundred and thirty-one billion, one hundred and forty-three million, two hundred and thirty-four thousand, eight hundred and ninety-one Kwacha required for the services of the Republic during the financial year ended on 31st December, 2006.

An Act to provide for the principles of, and a framework for, technical regulation that are compliant with best practice and regional and international obligations to which Zambia is a party. It establishes the Department of Technical Regulation in the ministry responsible for trade and provides for the development and implementation of technical regulation for public safety and health, consumer protection and environmental protection. It also offers professional guidance to regulatory agencies on the development, implementation, administration and review of technical regulations.
