An Act to constitute the Zambia Educational Publishing House; to provide for its membership and its powers, duties, functions and management; and to make provision for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.

This Act may be cited as the Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies (amendment) Act, 1998, and shall be read as one with the Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies Act, in this Act referred to the principal Act.

An Act to establish the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education; to constitute the Council of the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education; to define the functions of the Council of the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education; to repeal sections seven to ten of the Legal Practitioners Act; and provide for matters connected to or incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to grant rights, or to provide for the granting of rights, over land to a company known as the TAZAMA Pipelines Limited; and to provide for matters connected with or ancillary to the foregoing.

An Act to provide for the repeal of the Zambia Institute of Mass Communications Act, 1991; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to make provision for regulating the importation, conveyance and storage of petroleum and other inflammable oils and liquids; and to provide for incidental matters.

An Act to establish the National College for Management and Development Studies; to provide for the membership, powers, duties and functions of the Council for the College; and to make provision for matters incidental to or connected with the foregoing.

An Act to establish a National Council for Scientific Research; to provide for its membership and to specify its functions; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

An Act to restrict the creation of settlements, trusts and future interests. It provides information and guidelines for restriction on creation of settlements, trust or future interests; effect of dispositions in contravention of this Act and other regulations.

An Act to provide for the imposition, assessment and collection of an annual personal levy; and to provide for matters incidental thereto or connected therewith.

An Act to prescribe the number of Ministers under Article 116 of the Constitution, and provide for related matters.

An Act to make provision with respect to preferential payments in bankruptcy; to give effect to the International Labour Conference Convention 173 Concerning the Protection of Workers’ Claims in the event of the Insolvency of their Employer, Adopted by the Conference at its Seventy-ninth Session, at Geneva, on 23rd June, 1992, to which Zambia is a State Party; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to establish a National Provident Fund and to provide for its administration and for the payment of contributions into and benefit out of the Fund; and to provide for matters incidental thereto and connected therewith.

An Act to establish the Zambia Revenue Authority; to define the functions and powers of the Governing Board of the Authority; to transfer from the Government to the Authority the functions and powers of the Department of Taxes and the Department of Customs and Excise; to transfer from the Government to the Authority the assets and liabilities used by the said Departments; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

These regulations set to promote community forest management areas. It identifies forest areas eligible for community forest management and provides guidelines on application for recognition of community forest management group.

An Act to enhance the independence and autonomy of the National Audit Office and strengthen its functions; provide a framework for promoting efficiency, accountability, effectiveness and transparency of public administration through active oversight and audit of federal funds and performance.

An Act to provide for the vesting of powers and duties for the issuance of, and control over, passports and travel documents; provide for the issuance of passports and travel documents; provide for the recognition of Interpol travel documents; repeal and replace the Passports Act, 2003; and provide for related matters.

An Act to provide for the registration of villages and of the inhabitants thereof; to provide for the establishment of Village Productivity Committees, Ward Councils and Ward Development Committees; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to establish and define the functions and powers of the National Arts Council of Zambia; to provide for the registration of, and affiliation to, the National Arts Council of Zambia of all national arts associations; to provide for the establishment of the Arts Development Fund; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to provide for the establishment of the Zambia National Tourist Board for the purpose of developing and promoting tourism; to provide for the licensing of tourist enterprises; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
