This is a law relating to the administration of the estate of deceased persons. Part I of the document provides on the devolution of property. It emphasizes that all property to which a deceased person was entitled to an interest not ceasing on his death shall, on his death and notwithstanding any testamentary disposition thereof, devolve from time to time on the personal representatives of the deceased. Part II is concerned with Executors and Administrators. Where a person appointed executor by a will survives the testator but dies without having taken out probate of the will.
