Agriculture Laws Extension Act

The Act provides for the extension of the application of laws relating to agricultural matters to territories that form part of the national territory of the Republic of South Africa. The laws of the Republic of South Africa applicable in the affected territory are outlined in the schedules of the act; they include the Fencing Act of 1963, the Cooperatives Act of 1981, the Livestock Brands act of 1962, and the Agricultural Pests Act of 1983.
