The provisions of this Proclamation relating to business licenses shall apply to any person engaged in any commercial activity other than those specified under Article 30 sub-article (1) of this Proclamation. The objectives of this proclamation include; strengthening the situations where the trade sector can be supportive of the economic development of the country, and protecting the trade sector from detrimental and unfair activities by appropriately organizing the systems of commercial registration and business licensing.
