This is a parliamentary Act to control the compounding of potable spirits. It emphasizes that any person who, for-profit or sale, compounds spirits otherwise than under and in accordance with a licence issued under section 4 of this Act shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
