Dairy Industry Act

This is a parliamentary Act that provides for the improvement and control of the dairy industry and its products. It applies to any part of the non-scheduled areas, except in respect of dairy products produced in those areas and sold or intended for sale in the scheduled areas or any municipality or township unless the central agricultural board has been consulted.
