These rules concern a declaration to be made by the vendor of fertilizer approved under the fertilizers and animal foodstuffs (“approved fertilizer”) in a sale 500 kg or more. The declaration is a warranty by the vendor of certain aspects of the quality of approved fertilizer and that the fertilizer is not adulterated. Specific warranties as to quality standards for various types of fertilizers are given. The rules also concern the labelling of approved animal foodstuffs.
