Crustacea include all species of shrimps, prawns, lobsters, crawfish and crabs, including brood, spawn, ova, and young thereof (reg. 2). A crustacea licence in the form shown in the first schedule is required for the delivery, sale, and purchase, disposal, marketing or processing of crustacea (reg. 5). These regulations shall not apply to quantities not exceeding two kilograms for own personal consumption, to resale by persons who purchased from a person who has been granted a licence, and to employees of persons who have been granted a licence.
