Forest (Declaration of Protected Trees) Order
Botswana, Ministry of Agriculture Development and Food Security
This Order provides for the establishment of forest reserves in certain areas. The areas specified in the schedule of this order shall be deemed to be forest reserves. It also includes the area of state land declared as a forest reserve and describe the area of land within the Chobe land that is declared as Chobe forest land.
