Merchant Shipping (Tonnage) Regulations 2010

Where necessary, the measure of the tonnage of a ship in Nigeria shall be ascertained under these regulations. Its application for registration of a ship in Nigeria shall be made by the owner to the Minister in a form prescribed by the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency.
