This is an Act to continue the Drug Enforcement Commission. It is designed to revise and consolidate the law relating to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. It incorporates into Zambian law certain international conventions governing illicit drugs and psychotropic substances to control the importation, exportation, production and use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
