Regulations Governing the Maximum Limits for Pesticide Residues that may be Present in Foodstuffs

These Regulations prohibit the importation, sale or manufacture of foodstuffs containing residues of defined chemical substances in excess of prescribed maximum limits. A sampling of pesticide residues in food shall be carried out in accordance with the latest edition of the Codex Alimentarius Standards.
